Publicity Tip #96 ~

Writer’s Tool Box by Jamie Cat Callan
I am always on the look out for free or low-cost tools that help authors in their never-ending quest to find their niche and then tap into it in the publishing world.
Why do I do this?
Because I would be ecstatic if someone shared their growing knowledge with me, so I do what I can for you as I make my way through the quagmire of empty promises and things that look too good to be true.
I’ve been following Shawn Manaher with Book Marketing Tools for nearly a month now. He too, is doing his darnedest to help those of us struggling to reach our market.
If you become a free subscriber to his newsletter you also get these ebooks for FREE:
A Free Book Marketing Checklist/ebook – The Ultimate Author Checklist for Online Book Marketing.
A Free Review Resource – Getting Reviews for Your Book is another FREE e-book to consider.
You also gain access to:
The Author Hangout – An interview series with authors who are doing well with their sales who give advice.
For reasonable pricing to help you with reviews, submissions & more check out:
Reading Deals.com – This is Shawn’s creation to help connect readers with reviewers (check it out in detail here).
Fast e-book submissions – is your book free (forever or even a limited time)? This tool will simultaneously submit your book to over 30 trusted sites who help advertise free books. That saves you a ton of time!
A helpful KDP Stats Dashboard – To help you track your book sales with ease (only available here).
Every once in a while Shawn will send out a question via email, a mini-poll or straight up response query, looking to see what more he can do to help you. As of this week alone, he’s setting aside time over the month of August (on a first come, first serve basis) to newsletter members to have a FREE Skype chat with him about what book marketing issues are of foremost concern to you.
Now, I know what you’re thinking – I thought it too: He’s going to try and sell me something! But then I looked at everything he’s offering on his website and through his newsletter and not once in the past month has that been the case… so I’m taking the plunge š
I can’t wait to chat with him next week. Hopefully I’ll have some new nuggets of wisdom to pass on to you! In the mean time, if you’re looking for some free advise go nose around his website and don’t be afraid to ask questions – he’s a nice guy š

I went to his website and didn’t see a free sign-up, only paid options. š¦ I did download his free guide though. š
