Since I was a young child my addiction to books has been insatiable.
It doesn’t matter if I’m reading them, to myself or others, or writing them.
I literally cannot pass by a bookstore without buying at least one book.
There are time’s I’ve tried to curb this obsession but I became morose and irritable.
What confuses me terribly though, are writers who are not avid readers.
I have met a handful in my day and truly, I must say that
their prose required a lot of work even if there ideas were sound.
